GATEWAY OFFICES

Located at the entrance to Titanic Quarter, the Gateway Office is a landmark location in Belfast. The hi-spec, c.120,000 sq ft scheme - the first phase of Titanic Quarter’s Financial Services Centre - is already 75% let to Citigroup, with a further c.35,000 sq ft currently available.
